Whatever you bring is welcome—questions, thoughts, concerns, shames, and guilts. This space is for you. Together, we will establish a practice that supports you best. We will identify the rocks that keep the river from flowing. Through talking, breathing, moving, and taking practical steps, your nervous system can settle, allowing a feeling of inner home-ness to develop. You decide how often you want to meet, based on your schedule, needs, and journey: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. I’ve found it really helpful to have a time frame for these types of mentorships, so before we start, we will establish a finish point—either after a certain amount of time or sessions.
