lately l’ve been practicing and teaching a lot of tapping, self-massage and meditation for heartbreak

if it’s true and saturn return is even worse than this wobbly,messy,heart aching year it’s been then I would like to decline the offer

time to use the highway of my neurons back to a regulated state and feel/fall into gratitude
(aka to gently give me a slap left and right to bring me back into reality and counting my blessings):

- �I am very grateful for bf for hanging up a hammock in the room and for building me a canopy bed. interesting as a taurus moon, to be with the shapeshifting, floating nature of an aquarius sun, but he has pretty much all placements in the 3rd house, so any time I need tangible, material things, we talk about it, and things get done

- �I am so grateful for my family, especially my niece, who taught me a love I didn’t know was possible

- �grateful for my brother, who finally started to release his music

- ��grateful for our home, where newspapers lay on the floor and breakfast meets the afternoon; where candle wax drops on the table, getting squished during heated arguments; where emptying the dishwasher is one of my greatest joys

- �grateful for my besties who call and text and understand, who take time to learn the language of my heart and teach me theirs

- �grateful to be safe and at peace and be able to use it
